Extremely disappointment with the way I was treated by Amanda. She didn't dye my hair properly and even though she offered to fix it, when I came back she tried to charge me, and then proceeded to swear at me when I didn't want to pay. Not to mention my hair still isn't done properly (missed spots underneath). The salon is also extremely uninviting with team members not even smiling or saying hello when you walk in. Loved the salon when they were in Mt Lawley but since they've moved I don't know what's happened.

I went in to get a simple trim for my medium bob, emphasizing ‘blunt edge’ and ‘exact straight cut’. Stylist offered to ‘structure’ the back to help with outward curling hair. What she meant by that was roughly chopping into my hair in the back, which couldn’t be further away from what I told her to do at the start. She ruined around 5 months of growth and I look as if I had cut my own hair, albeit with little skill and without a mirror. Of course this chopping did nothing with outward curling hair but does emphasizes the bad cut.She a did a nice styling with the flat iron at the end (the one star is for that) but that hid the extent of the damage until I went home and washed my hair. First and last time visit.

Amanda and the team at Salon ALM provide an outstanding service. Super friendly, knowledgeable and always able to put people at ease. The recent move to North Perth in a beautiful heritage building, makes for a stunning location. Amanda is a consummate professional and really knows her stuff. I couldn't rate them more highly and wouldn't go anywhere else for great service, stylish cuts and contemporary hairdressing at it's absolute best.

Absolutely in LOVE with Salon Alm. Amanda did my extensions and her team helped with the process including colour. From start to finish, this was one of the best salon experiences of my life.I'm in LOVE with the extensions. The hair is exclusive to Salon Alm and of Amanda's painstaking search for the very best .... she has produced thick, luscious natural extensions of the highest quality.I've been getting Keratin bond extensions for years, but this is completely different feeling. The hair is thick and it starts much higher on the head than bonds, so looks SUPER natural. Yet unnatural in terms of its awesomeness.Thank you so much Amanda and team. VERY happy customer xo
