5-star service & professionalism! Nathan was very informative on the best way to care for my hair, including product recommendations for my specific concerns.I am so glad I found RIVAL. They always do an outstanding job on my hair. Each time is such a treat with the wonderful head massage, coffee & treat. I always feel so pampered!

This salon is fantastic, I'm always happy when I walk out. As an anxious person I've always found visiting the hair dresser stressful. Nathan is easy going and doesntd mind if I'm quiet or chatty (always chatty now!). He also gives great advice, carefully dissecting my pinterest board to make it a reality and giving plenty of good advice for products to use on a sensitive scalp. I'm also glad to attend a salon with a keen focus on reducing its environmental impact.

I absolutely love these guys they are so natural never a dull moment and have to mention I am so happy with my hair and extensions. They never fail to please great service at affordable prices but no quality sacrificed and I always look forward to my next appointment. Good work you crazy lot.
